I work through complexity by making it legible — for both users and the teams building the product. Drawing from my background in sequential storytelling, I approach UX as narrative construction: every product experience has a beginning, a point of friction, and a resolution.
A mix of design and storytelling craft, research rigour, and lots of enthusiasm, along with a particular focus on AI-augmented workflows, healthcare systems, and enterprise UX.
